By using the FastAd platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
The platform is intended for two types of users: Marketers and Advertisers. Marketers are users who consent to post Ads submitted by Advertisers on their WhatsApp Status, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts. Advertisers submit Ads for Marketers to post on their social media for them.
An Advertiser is required to have a minimum balance of GHS10 (1000pts) — subject to change without prior notification. You can view current pricing from the price page. Any top-up done by an Advertiser is nonrefundable. Ads submitted are downloaded and shared by Marketers on their WhatsApp Status primarily. Marketers have the option to post on other social networks for free points redeemable for cash in their local currency.
Ads submitted to the platform are subject to review by the FastAd team before being approved to display to Marketers. The following types of Ads are prohibited: narcotics, sex-related ads, banned goods/materials, copyrighted materials, and any products or services unfit for public consumption. We reserve the right to delete such Ads without question.
Refunds are not made to any Advertiser after topping up their account. Advertisers are advised to ensure their products/services are deemed fit for public consumption and do not match any prohibited topics above.
Marketers are not obliged to join all Ads posted by an Advertiser. Since WhatsApp Status is a personal space, Marketers reserve the right to not post certain Ads — in which case they should simply not join that Ad promo.
A Marketer can only request a withdrawal after accumulating 5000pts (equivalent to GHS5 or its local currency equivalent). This amount is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Marketers are paid only after: uploading the correct screenshot/proof that matches the Ad promo; and said screenshot is manually reviewed by FastAd staff. Any falsification will result in a reduction of the withdrawal amount and/or a permanent ban from the platform.
Any falsified proof of marketing will not be accepted. A marketer's account may be auto-credited for falsified uploads, but balances are subject to review before payment is issued. Falsified proofs include but are not limited to: Photoshopped images, another user's proof, duplicate uploads, distorted screenshots, or screenshots not showing view counts properly. FastAd reserves the right to dismiss such proofs and deny payment. Accounts found guilty of falsification will be permanently banned without warning.
Marketers are paid with funds from Advertisers. Refunds are not allowed on the platform, as funds paid for an Advert are automatically dispersed to Marketers.
Users of FastAd accept that they may occasionally receive communications and/or adverts from FastAd in the form of SMS, emails, and push notifications. FastAd is an advertising platform, so most communications will be ad-related.
FastAd may reward Marketers who perform actions beyond the default requirements. Such actions include:
200+ Views
Getting more than 200 views as opposed to the default required 50. Users who maintain this consistently will be rewarded periodically with GHS1 to GHS5.
500+ Views
Getting 500 or more views as opposed to the default required 50. Users who achieve this consistently will be rewarded periodically with GHS5 to GHS10.
FastAd will not be held liable for any false information provided by any user of the platform as a result of negligence, which may cause harm to the platform or other users. Such acts include but are not limited to: using a wrong or fake mobile money number, fake email, city, country, or name. Your use of the platform means you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time — prior notice may or may not be given before any amendment is made. Kindly refrain from using the platform if you do not agree to any of these conditions.
